Took almost 2 hours to get car. The pickup from the airport was a fiasco. Cannot get anyone live. Recording said shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes and is clearly marked. Waited almost an hr and still now shuttle. Finally found someone to ask them was told it was 1 shuttle that picked up for many agencies. When the shuttle arrived saw that (1) Routes was a small logo amongst a bunch of other agency logos - NOT clearly marked, and (2) the logo colors and background were different than what showed in my email confirmation - confirmation email showed orange writing with blue background while the small logo on the shuttle was blue writing on an orange background. Once we finally reached the agency we were then told that we needed a copy of the declaration page of our own insurance. Otherwise who would be charged for their insurance coverage. I feel that type of information should be prominently displayed when you're making the reservation; that you need a credit card, a license, AND the declaration page, if using your own insurance. They said it was buried in the terms and conditions. Between the wait and the line then being told this that completely delayed things further. So much so that we had to completely change our itinerary for the day, the very reason we were renting the car
