Had the vehicle reserved for an 8am pickup and they didn’t have a vehicle for me until 8:35am. That put me behind all day, which lead to me missing the kickoff of the Cowboys game in Arlington TX.

The check in booth was closed, so National did the check in. The car was tiny, had 50000 miles on it, and was a very rough ride. Not good value for money.

The truck as a whole was very nice and preformed very well.

Taken the truck through a car wash and filled the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. After using the windshield wiper fluid twice it alerted that it was in need of a refill.

The associate working the garage lot at LIT Sunday afternoon and JAX on Sunday night at 11:30 should be presidents of the company. I don’t know their names but I would rent a car from National because they are the friendliest, most professional associates you have.

The "TOTAL" price for my quote was $100 LESS than what I HAD to pay at the counter!!!! They don't accept debt cards, that WAS NOT MENTIONED on the website!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN

Staff was super friendly and helpful. H answered all our questions and helped to upgrade our vehicle to what we wanted.

There was a really long line and only two people helping at the counter. It seemed like this took a lot longer to move through the line and get out of the airport than it usually does at other rental places. Plus, there was no seating available, so you had to stand the entire time you waited.

YES THE GUYS AT McCAIN MALL WERE GREAT THE GUY ON THE PH THAT SAID CATCH A CAB WAS NO HELP I WAS TO PIC UP AND RETUN AT AIRPORT BUT E-MAIL IN THEMIGHT BEFOE SAID NO CARS GO TO THE MALL WHEN GOT TO CAB THERE WAS A LINE OF AVIS CARS THERE OTHER THAN THE TWO GUYS AT THE MALL A VERY BAD EXPERIANCE

THE TWO GUYS WHERE I PICKED IT UP AT McCAIN MALL WERE GREAT THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP AND MADE SURE I HAD SOMETHING TO DRIVE THEY WERE THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT MY EXPERIANCE I MADE MY RESERVATION TO PICK UP A !CAR! AT THE AIRPORT IN LITTLE ROCK AND RETURN IT TO AIRPORT IN LITTLE ROCK at about midnight before i was to pick up ! CAR ! I GOT E-MAIL TELLING ME TO PICK UP AT McCAIN MALL AND REYURN IT THERE I CALLED NEXT DAY AND ASK WHY PERSON ON THE PH SAID OUT OF CARS AT AIRPORT I ASK HOW DO I GET TO THE MALL HE SAID TAKE A CAB WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT AND GOT MY BAG ON THE WAY TO THE CAB I PASSED A LINE WITH SEVERAL AVIS !CARS! GOT TO THE MALL AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A !CAR! THE ONLY THING THE HAD WAS A 12!PASANGER! !VAN! SO THATS WHAT I TOOK WAS THAT GAS GUZZLER WHEN I RETURN THE !VAV! THE TWO GUYS WERE VERY HELP FULL AND ONE OF THEM EVEN TOOK ME BACK TO THE AIRPORT TO CATCH MY FLIGHT THEY WERE GREAT AND IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MESS YOUR COMPANY PUT ME IN ROY JONES

My car wasn’t ready. Very poor customer service. Waited 45+ minutes on a car with a huge crack in the windshield and needed an Oil change. I will never use thrifty again.

Staff was not particularly friendly, very matter of fact, almost short with you, if you had a question.

They did not have the car class that was reserved, then insulted my intelligence by trying to give a compact SUV as a substitute for a full size. I paid in advance.

I was very disappointed because when I picked the car I specifically asked for the insurance, as I always do when renting a car. They told me it was added but I don’t pay attention when initializing and signing the contract. Unfortuanately I had a minor accident when parking the car when I returned the car. Then they told me I didn’t have insurance.

The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful! Got a nice, clean car that fit our needs perfectly.

We had to pay $13/ day to add my husband as additional driver. I’m used to adding spouse for free.

hard to find location in Little Rock airport;

we are now getting huge bills for tolls - tolls that you cannot stop and by....... each toll comes with a $15 administrative fee. We were never told anything about these high fees........ should be illegal for car companies to charge these fees

The car provided great gas mileage and enough power to maneuver as nessary in today's traffic. Value was worth renting there. Saved $$ by doing so.

The car hadn't seemed to have been cleaned prior to re-renting. The rental service counter was extremely slow. There were 3 people in line at Dollar, and about 30 at another and the other agency finished with all the people in their line before Dollar finished with 3. Other than that, the rental process went fine.
