Pickup easy and helpful. The bad was that I WAS NOT told that there was to be a $100 one way fee. I was not told until I dropped off the vehicle. I am very upset over the whole situation.

To have been told before hand. I rented the car for a total of about 3 hours of driving to find out that I would have an additional $100 fee added for one way which I told them I was going one way BUT THEY didn't tell me of the additional fee. I will NEVER rent from them again!

The car was small and fun to drive.

The car was small and we could barely fit our camping gear in it. The check engine/oil change light was on from the time we picked it up (obviously I didn't go get an oil change on my vacation) to the time we dropped it off. The tire pressure was low and the car needed its tires rotated as the steering wheel would vibrate at any speed above 45 mph. Overall I was okay with the price but was anxious the entire time driving the car that I would be charged in excess for preexiting conditions...

The price for National was by far the best deal if picking up the rental at the airport. We considered an offsite rental for about $100 less but decided that we didn't want to bother with an Uber/Lyft to get to/from the airport. There was a little wait at the airport counter to pick up the car because of limited staffing and Alamo/National being serviced out of the Enterprise counter. We had a sporty KIA vehicle that was clean and nice. Drop off was a breeze. Would rent from National again!

We reserved an SUV, but when we arrived they didn't have any SUVs. We got a pick up truck. It was raining. Not ideal for our suitcases. They told us to call the Bend office in the morning to get an SUV in Bend (45 min from our house), but when we called, they didn't have any either. So, we were stuck with the truck. Luckily, the weather worked with us, and it wasn't a fiasco. No discount offered.

The car was reliable and thrifty on gas. The staff at the airport was friendly but finding the car once I had the key was confusing ( no signs and why is an Enterprize car parked in a National parking slot?). The lane drift alerts were angled poorly so it signaled while I was still in my lane.

When I called to upgrade to a full size car, the associate was extremely pleasant and professional, when we picked up our reservation in Redmond, the associate told us there were only two vehicles available, a tiny Nissan or a a dodge suv. I’m just glad that we were t stuck with the Nissan!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The car was clean (minus a little earthy smell, but I put a lavender car refresher in it and it soon went away.) the price was wonderful, and the ease of service was great!

Van was dirty. Baby puke or spilled milk inside the van. Windows inside were so dirty that at dawn, I couldn't see through them.

The low price.

The agent was not at the desk when I got there. A neighboring car agent had to text her to call her back to the airport. Waited 20 minutes to get service. Then, I went out to my car and found it was a tiny economy car (Ford Fiesta) when I ordered a compact car (“Ford Focus or similar). When I went back to desk to change cars it was now 6:03pm, and she was gone with everything locked up and closed. Had she been there when I arrived for my reservation there would have been time to deal with it. Instead I was forced to drive that tin can car for an 11 hour trip, and felt unsafe. The car had horrible seat stains and generally not clean. So basically everything could have been better about the experience except the price.
