I thought the 787-9 (Dreamliner) is advanced and should be more comfortable but it was the most pitiful experience ever! For Turkish airlines, crammed seat configuration is higher priority Vs passenger safety + comfort. Moreover they did not let us board my flight back to citing some documentation even though we had all in place.
