Health Pass For Public Activity - Travelers, in order to attend any show, concert, festival, theater, cinema, concert hall, nightclub, dance floor, and other venues and activities in Moldova, must have one of the following documents:
-A negative COVID-19 PCR test or an antigen test
-A COVID-19 vaccine certificate
-A recovery certificate from COVID-19 in the previous 6 months
-A COVID-19 antibodies certificate, valid for 90 days from the exam date.
Epidemiological Card For Unvaccinated Travelers - Travelers are required to complete the epidemiological card a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Moldova if falling in one of the following categories such as travelers who do not hold a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, travelers who do not hold a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result valid for 72 hours or a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test valid for 48 hours, travelers who do not hold a recovery certificate in the case of travelers who have undergone COVID-19 between days 15-180 (6 months) and travelers who do not hold a confirmatory certificate of the presence of COVID-19 antibodies valid for 90 days from the date of the investigation.
Travelers must comply with the self-quarantine regime for 14 days.
Travelers can take a COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test on day 7 of quarantine and end quarantine if the test result is negative.
