There was no enough air conditioning inside the airplane. Take off and landing - very hot inside the airplane to the point that passengers are fanning themselves in order to get some air. The crew nor Pilot didnt say anything about this as if it was a normal flight. This is not what i expected from Thai airways

Overall a great experience feom start to finish. Staff were attentive and helpful, Food was quite good and a varied choice which was nice. The outgoing flight was superb although the return flight was on an older aircraft compared the the first flight and not as comfortable as there was clear wear and tare. Otherwise all was good.
