Something in the cabin started on fire. Filled with smoke 8 minutes before landed. But everything was fine.

Not a great experience. We were on an Air France flight from the US that was delayed. We missed our connecting flight because of the delay, but AF did nothing to help us. We ended up having to book an $800 rental car and drive 6 hours to our destination in Amsterdam, because flights and trains were full.

Nothing that can really be fixed, but the only issue is always the space. It is so uncomfortable no matter what you do. Being in the very middle, not being able to easily get up, not being able to recline much, just not comfortable.

It was really terrific. Timely boarding, plane was extremely comfortable (hot day in Paris), and food was delicious. I could not have been more pleased.

The crew was very friendly and one even suggested i look outside the window so I can see the Swiss Alps! I was not expecting food on our 2.5hour flight - sample of 3 kinds of sandwiches (super soft bread) and 2 mini apple filled donuts that was so good. Air france is my new favorite airline!
