Difficult to say what I liked, cabin crew very miserable, looked like they were sick of the job and it was their 50th flight if the day, long wait between drinks and food was somewhat very budget. We did travel in economy but with such a long flight you'd expect this type of service with Ryanair for a two/three hour flight to benidorm, not 8 hours over the Altantic.. entertainment was limited with films and difficult to hear even with headphones on. I think the pilot spoke once and I couldn't hear him over the noise in the cabin. I'd say to say you get what you pay for but my opinion I've flown with a much better airlines. Sorry...you dud ask :(

Finnair, a large European airline, have a very poor boarding practice whereby they collect every passenger waiting at the gate into an even smaller closed in area after checking passports (again) and boarding cards - then simply open the boarding causing a crowd crush as ALL passengers attempt to board all at once. Surely a more controllable method these days is to board via seat row numbers?

Finnair need to get a better system for boarding. Hundreds of passengers all attempting to get their boarding cards and passports checked at the gate and then get onto the aircraft is ridiculous, time consuming and frankly unfair to passengers.
