It's a top notch airline. The airplane was very poorly designed, they embedded a control panel in the armrest. Think about that, it's called literally an "arm" "rest". Because of this, more than 20 times during the 13 hour flight my light got turned on when I was trying to sleep & other passengers were trying to sleep.
