Bad News - The flight was delayed and it was due to ground crew issues but the staff were moving things along. The seat size was cramp and i am a lean person. The attendant kept asking me in Chinese when i already stated i don’t speak the language. The food was bad. The taste, aroma, consistent of mush. Even a cafeteria lady can cook better food. Kudos - the pilot made up for lost time to the best of his ability. He made sure that the flight was smooth even though there was occasional turbulence. The landing was great.

All are excellence, but we had to pay 150$ extra charge each person with our names in passports and tickets. It was just swiping between first names and last names. It might be our mistake when we bought the tickets, but I thought it was expensive just to swipe the names. Anyway, thanks a lot. All excellence
