No where is written cheap flights must be bad! But i guess ground crew and cabin crew on this airline can not smile or be polite. Even a simple tea was served with no sugar or napkins. Had to ask for it after. For comfort you know what you expecting so that was actually ok. But crews behaviour from the ground to cabin was really unwelcoming. I FELT LIKE I WAS DISTURBING THEM! Plus one big NO to them is no priority for families. EasyJet is an affordable airline too but they have humanity and a great customer care. For me traveling with baby i need priority. A lady held her baby for 30 minutes standing in the Q. Thats wrong! After priority they can invite families and that cost nothing for them but showing that they care about their customers! IF THEY DO!

Ryanair priced the tickets for our flights, for my wife and I at $40 for both of us. By the time we ended up paying for everything it was $533. They said we get priority boarding which really meant nothing. Yes we got to be the first ones on the bus, but once the bus got to the plane, whoever got off the bus first was the one who actually had priority. And then our next flight from Manchester there was no priority boarding. However got to the door of the terminal and was the first to walk out to the plane, they had priority boarding.

For once in a long while, our flight was delayed - because the aircraft arrived late - but that was only delayed by about 30 minutes (which was bad). However, the crew boarded us very efficiently and quickly (which was good). But the original delay meant that the aircraft was directed to use a different runway in Gatwick than would normally be used - and that runway had less capacity apparently - so that added further to the delay (which was also bad). Anyway, the bottom line was we arrived in Dublin about 45 minutes later than scheduled. It might have been longer but I think the captain made up a bit of time in the air (which was also good). Having said all that, I would definitely use Ryanair again because this delay was not something that has not happened to us on other Ryanair flights in the recent past. in fact, my wife and I are due to fly with them to Dubrovnik next week so I'll be ineterested to see how they do with the outbound and return flights then.

Flight boarded very late and then flight took off over 2hrs late. No food and drinks provided at airport despite law. Then before landing in Berlin, crew announced that the flight was so delayed that the airport was closed for landings and flight was diverted to Hanover. Flight crew stated over the PA that buses would be waiting at airport to take passengers to Berlin. In fact, no buses or help was provided and passengers were left looking for their own way to Berlin at 1am, when there were very few options Bad bad bad conduct

I paid for extra legroom in row 2?There isn't any and to radd insult to injury the person next to me had been allocated his seat without paying any more than the basic fare.I spent most of the flight in a vacant standard seat which gave me more leg room than than that which I had paid for.It was a total ripoff.

Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.
