The wait at pickup was two hours. Dropping off was better, but still took a bit too long. The car (when I finally got it) was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive. After I’d driven the car for a few days, I tried to reach customer service to extend the contract, but frustratingly either no one answered or the call went to voicemail. Once I did manage to get through but was told I would have to go in person. I opted to return the car and rent with another agency.

The rental car company was off the airport property so we needed to use a shuttle.. when we arrived, we were given a car with multiple dents and looked and smelled unclean on inside. Car ran ok but was not ideal. When we returned the car we were told the shuttle would be coming in 5 minutes… we waited over 20 minutes and no shuttle, eventually had to call an Uber so we didn’t miss our flight. Would never rent from Sixt again.

They didn’t tell us of the required insurance which is an extra charge. This should be told up front before the reservation is made, not when we’re there picking up the car.

The pick up time at this location was 12pm. By 12:05pm the attendant had left and the location was closed. 100% do not recommend. We had to pay over $150 for an Uber. Terrible service!

The car was fine. It got great mileage and it was easy to play music off of my phone through car speakers. Pick up and drop off we’re smooth, fast, and easy

Our car broke down, it was after hours so we couldn’t get a new car. They arranged for the tow but we had to find a new car to rent the next day. There was no follow up after the car was towed. I tried calling the Avis office we rented from but could never get through to speak with someone. When I was able to go to the office in person, there was no apology or acknowledgement that our car had broken down and they didn’t even know if the car had been towed to the right place.

The address on Kayak was wrong, so I went to the wrong place at first. However, once I told this to the guy with whom I did the check-in he gave me a 10% discount. Overall flawless experience.

We showed up at 10pm and the counter was closed already. The customer service agent on the phone couldn’t help but to say return at 6am. Thankfully we were able to cancel the reservation and get a nicer vehicle for the same price from Enterprise.

I got a car with alignment issue. The car would not drive straight. It was so risky to drive it.The pick up and drop off was outside the airport and the car rental shuttle didn’t have any signs it was dollar shuttle bus. Plus no one spoke English
