After waiting at the reception desk, it appears that we had to pay twice the price that was defined in the online reservation (higher price compare to serious companies like Sixt for instance)! The agent asked us to take a mandatory insurance which was not mentionned online, we had to find a way to use an american credit card because the french one wasn't accepted... That was a very bad experience I don't recommend this company at all.

Worst experience ever. Had to wait 4 hours to get a car and it was dirty and came with no gas. They also added large fees to the already price we paid. And on top of that the location is outside of the airport and sometimes with traffic it may take you 45 minutes to get to your car or get back to the airport. So stay away from this company

Awful. They made me wait for 4 hours at the car rental to pick up the car because they only had 2 people working (on a saturday). The customer service was super bad. The only person in the front desk didn't even look at me to respond at my questions. They charged me $30 additional dollars for insurance ( i asked for) and then the receipt showed +$87 dollars. When I asked, he didnt how to explain it to me. I would never ever recommend this car rental. Ever.

This is terrible experience no canes bad service first day wrong car I have to pay a taxi to pick me up and drop in the rent car place. Car smells bad no horn no radio.

The pick up time at this location was 12pm. By 12:05pm the attendant had left and the location was closed. 100% do not recommend. We had to pay over $150 for an Uber. Terrible service!

Our car broke down, it was after hours so we couldn’t get a new car. They arranged for the tow but we had to find a new car to rent the next day. There was no follow up after the car was towed. I tried calling the Avis office we rented from but could never get through to speak with someone. When I was able to go to the office in person, there was no apology or acknowledgement that our car had broken down and they didn’t even know if the car had been towed to the right place.

Malo , llegue a Puerto Rico unas horas retrasando y ya avían rentado el carro que yo avía rentado un mes antes y ahora no se cómo recuperar mi dinero de un carro que no use y no encuentro un número teléfonico donde ablar con un representante
Cars should be checked over really well, had a nap in the tire when we picked it up, other than that everything was excellent.

They gave my car to someone else because I was late to pickup, despite confirming that I would be there and texting the company. Then, even after I had to find another rental car elsewhere, they charged me $50 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service was very lax and unengaged.

The customer service was very poor. The employees were not helpful or pleasant to work with.
Three hour wait for my rental reservation. They didn't have cars available and had to wait for them to come in. Crowded with few places to sit given three hours wait. Would never rent there again.

Was quoted a price $70 including taxes, but at checkout bill came to $135.
The manager upgraded me to a larger vehicle so that I could fit the 4 passengers and our luggage. The shop was busy and their process to get all the paperwork done was slow and tedious. All employees were friendly.

They were closed when we got off the airport from Denver, Colorado to Puerto Rico San Juan. They had canceled our reservation so we had to pay a lot more money to rent a car.
