They really need to advance into the 21st century. everything nowadays is digital. My credit card is part of my digital wallet but it's not good enough for them. The staff is very friendly, Kind & helpful, it's the company BS & hoops you have to jump through that make this a poor customer service exp.

I was told I had to pick up at noon - nothing available earlier. I arrived at 11:58 am to discover they close at 12. I was rushed through picking up and looking over the vehicle. Thankfully I bought extra insurance because the person checking out the car did not actually note all the damage. Without the extra insurance I would have been on the hook for repairs! The vehicle was filthy but they did give me a $50 credit as I had to clean the vehicle myself. Probably won’t use enterprise again🙁

Pick up and return were effortless. Staff were attentive and courteous. The substitiute car we were given ( Jeep Cherokee) suits our needs perfectly.

Staffing was poor and unprepared. Car was satisfactory. Took almost 1 entire hour standing in rental counter line just to pickup the car. Awful experience overall. Have not had this issue with any other Budget locations. Very disappointed, but won't be renting from this location again.

The bus was delayed slightly (under an hour), so my rental was canceled. There were no vehicles left or effort to assist. We ended up calling the nearby enterprise and doing a same day booking direct since Hertz canceled our rental before we even arrived. I’d walk to the enterprise before attempting to book here again.

Friendly staff Late open Saturdays would be beneficial

The Hertz did not have the vehicle I reserved and offered me a smaller vehicle during pickup. I had a bit too much luggage so had to opt for an upgrade which they charged me extra for. After leaving it didn’t quite sit right so I called them back about the up-charge and they weren’t helpful. Otherwise the pickup and drop off were easy and convenient. The vehicle was great and had no issues there. People were nice just not willing to help me out regarding the reservation and pricing.

Great vehicle and condition. Issue arose when I advised, a week before the conclusion of the contract, that I would like to change the drop off point to a town further north. The person behind the desk indicated it would mean “changing the whole contract” and got the distinct impression he could not bothered so simply suggested I drop it off at the desired location and pay a penalty for unauthorised drop off… Seemed pretty inefficient and costly. People at the alternate centre were very good on receiving the vehicle but not the best experience overall.

They don’t give me a car as I confirmed by calling but employee at counter told me u called customer care they don’t know anything as there is no vehicle available so plz avoid national car rental

I was very disappointed with them. My credit card was canceled before my trip and they refused to accept alternative payments. The person was extremely unprofessional and didn't offer any assistance. I canceled my reservation and went over to the budget car rental who helped me without question and was super kind and helpful. I was very surprised as I have had good experiences at other locations but will never rent from this location again due to the unprofessional and rude representative.

They didn't provide insurance docs which is a legal requirement in Canada ( I wasn't aware). Was stopped by police and this turned into quite a tine wasting situation.

Friendly staff. Didn’t have the vehicle that was reserved. Vehicle wasn’t washed. Added cost even though brought back early with added fuel.

Quick easy pick-up and drop off

Quick, easy, great price!

Made a reservation 3 months ahead: Toyota Rav4 or equivalent at 12 noon. We got in the queue at 12:15 pm, got to speak to an agent at 1 pm, who said they did not have our car, but we could take a replacement car that would not be ready before 45 minutes, so the agent proposed a Toyota Highlander instead, for an additional 20$/day (x 14 days). We refused and said we would wait for the replacement car. When we finally got our replacement car (Hyundai Kona, not as big as what we wanted), the agent strongly insisted that we take their insurance, because no other insurance in the world we may have would cover all sorts of damages, which is totally false. Their insurance was from 30$ to 35$/day. I declined his "offer", perfectly knowing I was covered with my personal car insurance, not to mention my credit card's insurance. ..and the car was really smelling cigarettes. So, as far as customer service is concerned, it needs deep improvements. The car, beside the cigarette smell and some scratches, was in perfect conditions.

We have rented from them many time and they are always so amazing ! Best prices in the city

The car was rented to someone else and I could not get it. They initially offered to reimburse but refused.
