They didnt provide me a car. They overbooked the cars. My whole vacation was ruined because of this, I didnt make it to my destination and hotel reservations were charged.

Hertz not only did not have the van we had reserved, they had NO CARS available. The staff was of no help and left us stranded to find taxis for 7 of us with all our luggage. It is clear that they don't honor reservations. This is not unique to Hertz. Sites need to stop offering car rental reservations for Mexico since there is zero guarantee that you will get what you've reserved.
Not offered if you are not sure they won’t have nothing for you when you arrive that frustrate your vacation plans
That another car rental company had what I needed and my family and I were able to enjoy our vacation.
My reserved vehicle was not available nor any hope of getting my reserved type vehicle until after my vacation would be over. I was not happy putting my family thru that stress!
