Cheap Car Rentals in Guadalajara Miguel Hidal Airport

Only 1 worker that was doing everything. When we arrived to drop off the car the office was closed it was a mess. Office dirty dar from the airport poor service

Terrible service over all. they had me and my family waiting an hour 1/2 at 5:30am in the morning before the guy actually showed up no one to pick up in the morning I had to grab a cab…. The guy overcharged me on insurance for the car and when I came back with a flat he wanted to charge me $160.00 dollars for a tire cause he said it wasn’t covered under the extra insurance he sold me …. I ended up giving him $50.00 under the table I guess because he refuse to give me receipt …. Also when I went to turn in the vehicle I had to wait an hour for the guy to shop up and check us out ….. I would definitely pay the extra money and just go with Avis , enterprise , hertz,….. any of the big company’s ooooh yeah almost forgot the car they gave had a busted windshield no hubcaps it was just terrible it was a 2018 Jetta cmon man we’re in 2021 you guys can do better than an old busted down car at a premium price “STAY AWAY” !!!!!!!!!!!

They charged an exorbitant amount for insurance and gave the least quality car possible.

Picked up at 2am car dirty, after a getting on the road notice breaks were bad and it had transmission problems. Get home slept and at 12 noon went to the local Eurocar to return it or get a replacement. Was told no cars available to take it back to the airport where I got it. Went to the airport after rush hour, told them the situation and I was told I would have to wait 1 hour for an available car. I said I rather just return car early. They said in that case you will be charged one whole day plus 5% early return fee. With the car status I shouldn’t be charge 5% fee or even a whole day. At the end my credit card was charge the full amount of the beginning rental of five days. Will take it up with my credit card. I was given a supervisors number to call, phone rang with no answer. Bad business

Terrible idea to rent at Europecar. They do not honor reservations, even when they had it on their system. I ended at Alamo with was great.

Find another car rental!
