Cheap Car Rentals in Tampa from S$ 104

We stood in line at the Budget counter in the Tampa airport for almost 45 minutes to learn our reservation was not at the airport, it was offsite and the office had closed. This was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient as I was traveling with my mother i. Law who required a wheelchair. They were able to get me a car but it cost almost 4 times as much. Bye bye Kayak

I waited over 2 hrs in line for my rental. While the rental was still in my possession I get a an email stating that I was a no show and my card has been charged $50

Do not rent from this company or its affiliates. Major staffing shortages and mismanagement causing huge delays over 3 hours at most airports

I was not informed that supplemental insurance would be mandatory without a physical insurance card. Usually, an insurance policy number is all that is required. This extra insurance drove the cost out of the value range for which it was offered/booked. I can't believe this is legal.

Where do I start with this review first off our flight was delayed 7 hours from Detroit. So I call Nextcar in Tampa to notify them about my situation they said no problem it’s out of your hands. so that being said when we finally arrive in Tampa and get our luggage it’s about 7:40pm so me, my wife and my twin toddlers are in a mad scramble to get to Nextcar, we get there at 7:50pm the female worker asks me for my reservation number i give her every single number I was emailed, I give her my Drivers license, i show her my own insurance slip only for her to say oh you don’t have the Nextcar confirmation number nothing I can do for you, you’re going to have to contact the 3rd party (kayak/Rentalcars.com) and we close at 8:00pm and I’m going home. 7:59 comes she stops helping and walks off in the back only to leave me and my family stranded there! she had zero compassion not even willing to try and look it up. I ended up having to call my cousin 2 hours away to pick us up. I’m absolutely disgusted with Nextcar! so do yourself a favour do not book with them if you find yourself in this situation they couldn’t give 2 f$&ks about there customers because god forbid they have to work 10 minutes after 8:00pm
