i reserved a car at a location that was apparently closed and someone called to let me know to pick it up at another location. that was very helpful as to not waste time.

the dropoff location that i had selected was closed but nobody called to let me know so i wasted time and gas going to a closed location. when i got there, i tried the number and nobody at enterprise answered to help. i headed over to the address underneath the phone number and luckily it was open and i was able to drop off car. it would've been nice to have a call just letting me know that the location wasn't open.

Staff in Stratford location were helpful. Car was dirty inside and out, definitely did not have any clean or wipe down, let alone an “enhanced” clean as advertised. Car also had suspension issue (loud noise at highway speed and pulled to right when braking) and mentioned this to return agent at HPN, I don’t think she noted it at all.

The drop off in white plains was great.

The Fairfield location is terrible. There was only one person working there and she was extremely unpleasant. The store was very dirty. The car had not been cleaned....there were coffee drippings and debris in the car. The outside of the car was also filthy. The back right tire was at 7 pounds. We will avoid this location at all costs.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Maintenance on the vehicles are poor. The treads on both front wheels were way below what would be considered safe. The right front wheel also had a small air leak so i had to constantly fill it with air when available. They have a no smoking policy, however the vehicle had clear signs of smoking, from the headliner on the B pillar being discolored from smoke to obvious markings on the passenger seat and drivers side A pillar, as well as a slight smoke odor coming from the vents.

The standard SUV that I reserved to rent was not available nor was any other standard SUV. We had to take a smaller SUV and was very uncomfortable for the long drive that we were taking. They were not very accommodating and only took a little money off for the difference in cars.
