They told me to pay before telling me the total price. When I asked they tried to charge me $100 over my reserved price for the car! When I brought the car back I called to confirm dropping the car off 30 minutes late due to traffic would not be an issue and no fee would be applied. They again told me what i was getting back from my deposit but when I totaled it in my head it was again $100 less than i should have been getting back. They claimed this was a late drop-off fee. I wonder how many people they have scammed out of money. Someone should do an audit of their books.

Bryan Doka and staff at the Boulder Highway location were efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. They located a vehicle that I had requested, had it available and ready for pickup at the time reserved. Would highly recommend their location.

staff was so efficient, everything was a breeze

I had car for 4 hours and it cost $38, if I had rented it a day later the cost nearby was $20 so a lower cost would have been nice but overall can't complain

The vehicle I booked was available upon pick up. The service was friendly and efficient and the vehicle was presented in a first class condition.

I have nothing to ad here as the overall experience was quite pleasing.

It was terrible. They did not have the car and offered zero help in locating another vehicle. On top of that, they overcharge me for gas. And overall their customer service was terrible. I will never use them again.

I didn’t like anything I was robbed $300 after me going up to the place with my ID and credit card she still wouldn’t give me the car and took my money. I am very dissatisfied and I will not be using Hertz ever again this is the third time they’ve held my money for days and now I have to wait for I don’t know how many days because I was charged first and it wasn’t put on hold hurts is a bulls** you company you ask me

I would like that when you book a rental and prepay it… they tell you all the information before you go to counter. I prepaid on line and at the counter they asked for credit card since Debit card not good for them…. So I couldn’t get a car and they couldn’t refund my money…. So I lost this money and didn’t get a car

They were super accommodating! Due to circumstances beyond our control, they ran out of cars but didn't give up on us. They figured a way to exchange a damaged car and saved our vacation! We'll continue to use them every year we can!

Staff was very rude. They also charged me more for the size car I reserved saying that my screenshot of my reservation was a lie and I didn’t book a standard I booked a economy. It was the worse experience ever.

If you can do not rent here.

The car was new and clean but the office staff was awful. They were surly and not friendly. They definitely did not like their jobs and showed it. I asked how to connect my phone and they said it didn’t have Bluetooth. The main menu had an option labeled Bluetooth so I knew it had it. I stopped the car right outside and searched how to connect to that year and model and hooked right up. They were no better at turn in. Don’t think they said two words to me.

The drop-off was a disaster. I called a day in advance to request an additional hour, waited 25 minutes on hold and finally reached a gentleman who confirmed my reservation number, and said he added an hour at no additional charge. The day of the drop-off, the man who checked my car was EXTREMELY rude and unpleasant and informed me there was pet hair in the car and that it was my responsibility to clean it; and the woman at the desk said the reason for this is because their shop-vac wasn’t strong enough to pick up hair. (Extremely weird reasoning.) So I was forced to drive home to get my Dyson animal vacuum and clean out the car. I even brought the vacuum with me to the location to make sure I got it all (it was just a little bit on the floorboards in the first place from my shoes). It was at this time that they informed me that the woman who gave me the rental was supposed to tell me any pet hair was my problem and not theirs. Now it had nothing to do with their vacuum? Even though I cleaned the entire car, the man still said there was pet hair and when I offered to clean it again, with my actual vacuum in my hands, he declined saying “they would let me go this time.” I was shocked by how rude he was. So when I went to pay my bill, they had added another FULL DAY on. Then she changed it and gave me a final copy again, with another hour tacked on, even though I had called and gotten an hour approved. She finally removed it and acted like she had done me a favor by doing so.

If someone had just TOLD ME to vacuum out the car before giving it back, which I have NEVER been asked to do before today despite renting cars countless times, I would have just done it. Also, please train your staff not to be vindictive and rude. It was like I was in the twilight zone today.
