The seats of the Nissan Altima were very comfortable since we had to sit in them for over 26 hours during a 35 hour period. We also were held up by traffic on our trip for many hours which meant our return time was going to be later than expected. Upon calling Alamo (Tiffany assisted me), it was taken care of quickly with no extra charge since it was still within the 2 day period for the rental. Lastly, the gas mileage was very good and better than what I was expecting for a large car.

My flight was delayed and I called and was informed that they would hold a car for me. Unfortunately when I arrived the rental car desk was closed. I had to spend over 100 dollars on Uber to take me too my hotel and then back to the airport the next day. Then when I finally go to pick up my car there are no cars available and there is line of people waiting in the cold to try and get rentals. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. ..

I originally booked a one-way rental car that was supposed to have been picked up from downtown location. However the agency called and cancelled my reservation the night prior to pick up. I was left to find another vehicle on my own —— at a much higher rate $$$. This was very inconsiderate on the part of Hertz.

Somehow I mistakenly reserved the car at the downtown location instead of the airport. The manager was able to find a car available for me rather than having to uber into town and then worry about getting to airport early Sunday morning.

The Altima rode smooth but getting in and out was too low I would have preferred a car that wasn't a low rider. Customer service was ok but when we were sent to find our car in the lot, there wasn't anyone to greet us to find our car and explain that we could pick any car in a certain area. We just didn't know how their system worked, so I had to go and find someone to help us and then she explained the process.

Confusing at first as it was serviced by the same people running hertz. We were waiting in the Dollar lane but no one would serve us or tell us we had to line up at hertz even through the front counter staff could clearly see us standing there. The first car we got was not great. The brakes needed to be serviced but we were lucky enough to be helped by the Springfield airport branch who gave us a new car (although it was a bit of a process- no fault of theirs)

A lot of silly fees. I would just like to know what it’s going to cost. I felt like I was reading a cell phone bill; there was six or seven lines of fees. I would appreciate an honest number much more. Otherwise the staff was great and the car was clean.

Showed up after a 30 minute delayed flight, no one at the counter to assist. Actually have a clerk at the counter that can assist during later hours. Or, if you're going to partner with another rental agency and defer your customers to their desk, make sure that desk is staffed. Avis did and was able to match your rate and earn my future business.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even though my flight got in late and I think they would usually have closed the counter by that time.

It was very snowy/icy. It would have been nice for the car to have been cleared of snow and ice upon pickup.

I wasn't able to go thru with my rental because i didn't have a major credit card and it was never told to me that they did not accept chime credit cards, so I wasted an entire trip to the location all for nothing.

When I got my car in KC and started it up I got a low tire pressure warning on the passenger’s side rear tire (6 psi). They exchanged the car for me without a problem but the next car had a former driver’s rental contract still in the car. Seems to me the cars are not being inspected/cleaned very well before sending them out again?

Pick up and return were pretty simple. The car was missing at the spot they gave me, but they were able to assign me a different car right away, but then the QR code didn't update for my new car, even though I clicked on the link from the new text. They also gave me an SUV when I would have preferred the economy car I requested.

The guy at the desk seen me waiting and waiting in line I'm still waiting for him to look my way so I can go to the counter and when the guy seen what I was renting the mustang, them he tells me that my credit card isn't acceptable to rent one there cars. 5 years I have not ever been denied to rent with my credit card. RACIST? Quite as kept I bet anyone of yall I have rented more cars then he sit behind that desk selling cars. RACIEST?

Called emergency road side to assist. No one came and couldn’t get a hold of dispatch. Never received text confirming someone was coming after operator said to expect one. After 2 hours called highway patrol and they came to help. It was 10 degrees out. Made it home and never received anything from Budget. No text, no follow up, left for dead. Luckily I was able to use other resources but imagine if I didn’t…

I was promised an economy car in writing from Budget for $186.00 including taxes. When I arrived, I was given a choice of either a 15 passenger van, or a large pickup truck! When I complained, the very rude lady at the desk said that’s all they have, and wanted to charge me over $400 for 2 days. I finally took the pickup, but at 73 years old, I had a hard time getting in an out of this huge truck. Horrible experience and service! NEVER AGAIN will I use Budget! I want a refund!

Very efficient process for pickup and return. Car model (Ford Focus) was somewhat noisy on the highway, but good overall.

Some trash was left in the car from the previous renter. Nothing terrible however. Candy wrapper and some used paper.
