The staff was helpful when we picked up the rental van. The van wasn't super clean but wasn't bad. the van also had some electrical issues - the dash said a door was open that wasn't and it also said the tire pressure was low and it wasn't.

We rented the van for one twenty-four hour period and prepaid for it through Kayak. Over that twenty-four hour period, our credit card got charged over $700. The charges all went away and things ended up fine and accurate, but seeing those charges on my card was a little unnerving. When I called the facility to ask about it, the gentleman I talked to was polite, respectful, and helpful. He told me to wait a day or two and if the charges were still there, to call him back and he'd get it straightened out.

Friendly, helpful staff

Had to wait 24hrs to use a MasterCard debit card, and car had a leaking tire with a spike in it that had to be filled multiple times with air throughout the trip.

Vehicle ran well, gas mileage good!

Vehicle did not live up to ad, very small not a 7 passenger 4 bag vehicle. we had five adults and 4 bags and were cramped!

answer the phone or have a customer service person, or something that would help old people, that are not computer savaory. to assist us old people

They make it impossible for you to rent a car. Everything is fine if you have a credit card. You can use debit, but they have to do so much extra. My main issue was, even though I had to money to rent the car, I couldn't because I was not a resident of the state in which I was renting the car. Why does that even matter? Then because of legal stuff, another person cannot rent the car for you. I could not even be approved as a driver due to not having a credit card in my name or being an in-state resident. Maybe Enterprise has these rules on their site, but when reserving through a third party site, the FAQs, and rules and regs can be overlooked. The worst part was the customer service. The Enterprise workers continually gave me a series of wrong information with no remorse. I called before I even arrived asking if I could pay with a debit card. You think at that point, she could have told me I had to be an in-state resident. Then another worker said I could just run over to my bank and get a credit card. Was she insane? You cannot get a credit card same day. You have to be approved then the card takes a few days to get to you. I needed the vehicle that day because I was leaving the next morning. Enterprise wasted 3 hours of my day and were not apologetic at all or offered any alternative solution. It all worked out in the end,no thanks to Enterprise. I canceled my reservation (Thank God, Free of Charge, because I would have raised hell otherwise!!) I rented a Uhaul no hassle whatsoever! GET IT TOGETHER, ENTERPRISE!!! In my book, you are the worst!

Due to a long line in the Lafayette office and another customer who changed his preferences for a car at the last minute, the clerk kindly gave us the other customer's original reservation, a Camaro, at no extra charge. He also made it easy to return the car by not requiring it to be returned full of fuel. This was an excellent experience for our First wedding anniversary overnighter.

The credit card charges took one week to appear, making payment confusing.

The guy who helped us was really nice. Very convenient pick up/drop off location.

There was only one guy working, so when we came in the office no one was there. He was in the garage vacuuming a car. Too bad there isn't enough staff to have someone cover the front desk and someone else clean cars.

It would have been great if the place was actually open at the time I reserved my car. I arrived at noon to a car pick up for noon and no one was around. When I called Budget no one was able to assist in any way and I had to find a random way to get to my destination.

there were no cars available, and they called me to cancel my reservation out from under me an hour before pickup. Budget needs to get their act together, this is ridiculous.
