Booked a rental for pick up at the enterprise at MCO airport. Go to clerk explain i have a rental. I am then told my rental is not at this location but at another location 30 minutes away. I ask if i am able to change it he says no i am not and he does not even try to help me find a way to resolve it and simply told me he cant help. I then called the enterprise that the rental was actually located and cancelled my rental. Will never book again with

Enterprise staff was wonderful and accommodating. The "non-smoking" vehicle reeked of smoke and the staff gave me several options at a very busy time of year to rent vehicles. *I felt deceived by Priceline for their offer which turned out to be off site from the airport

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and efficient. My vehicle rental was emaculant. I had to drive out further than usual to this Enterprise Car rental but the great service I received it was woth it. I give it five ☆☆☆☆☆

Rented car in orlando mco Airport. Found out since they were booked my reservation was automatically transferred to sanford orlando NOT MCO. When I went to pick up my car. I was charged an additional $350. What a rip off. I was stuck. I was told by the agent that it happens often and I was lucky to get a car. Why did I have to pay another $350.

Well…online charges was fine, however wasn’t complete had to pay 70+ dollars at pick up and I did not have a credit card so it changes the whole drivers deal. I couldn’t drive the vehicle because I didn’t have the same credit card!! Make it to where you pay all up front and this issues will be resolved. Not 💯 satisfied with experience, but who am I? A nobody that will probably never get a response about my experience and don’t really know why I even wasted my time typing this

The woman at pick up was not very friendly, couldn’t tell me dollar specifics because she also worked for hertz. they didn’t allow a second driver for free and wouldn’t let us switch primary because of no credit card, despite being dave ramsey approved! and the car smelled like stale cigarettes and perfume. it was gross

Pickup, dropoff, and staff were all good. Van needed some alignment or frontend maintenance and was much higher mileage and the associated wear and tear than other rental cars we've had

Car was great.

Agent uncharged us at her recommendation for the sun pass because she stated we would spend at least $10.00 in tolls just to get to the hotel. We spent $1.00. I feel this is seriously unethical and taking advantage of someone not knowing the area.

When we booked our original reservation I had searched for something at our airport to make things easy. Once we showed up to pick up we found out that my reservation was actually at a location 40 minutes away. The airport location was able to get us into a vehicle there so we didn’t have to find a way to the other location. I’m very happy that they have a cancellation policy. The agent was decent to work with, unfortunately we ended up paying more than we had planned, but in the moment it was worth it to be able to get a vehicle right away.

It would have been nice if the airport location could have matched our reservation price since it seemed to be a technical error that put our reservation at the wrong location, but it was ok. The vehicle was in decent shape, but did have scratches and scuff marks everywhere. They don’t do a walk around with you to verify what is already damaged, so I hope that once I get billed it isn’t reflecting any damage. So I think it would be good to find a way to address that during the reservation process.

Flight came in a little late. No one there was answering the phone. Your office was closed. Couldn't pick up a car. Went back Sunday morning and your office never open.Went back to the airport to get a car and it cost me $200.more.They won't give me for the same price.It was a nightmare.Would never do business with you again or recommend you to anyone.

I made a reservation 3 months in advance and even reconfirmed 3 days prior and I was notified the day of pick up an hour before I was to arrive I was told that there were no Cargo vans or minivans available. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Clean car, great location (I can walk there from my house), the car was new of course so it was comfortable and the price could not be beat.

There was only one thing that I didn't like about the rental and that was that it only had one car jack. Made a much more stressful ride because there was no way to plug in a GPS and movies for the kids.

Very quick transaction. ....."In and Out" in short order.

I completed all the paperwork online and thought I would save Some time.........NOT! It didn't, had to do or again when I got there. My rental was a Ford Focus and it had serious transmission problems and there was no washer fluild. They need to do a better.

The final amount was different, they blocked more money than I had to pay and the end it was more expensive than the rate What I chose. Total amount was $ 543 and they took out $ 721. Then they charged another $ 186. I never knew what ‘s it for. Very bad. Next time i’ll choose another rental company
