I tried to cancel the rental car four hours before my rental but was not allowed to. The rules say I can cancel the rental up to two hours before. I was within the timeframe but still not allowed to cancel

The rental car company was in an old hotel building that was out of business. It was a small office in an obscure location. Had I been a single woman alone, I would have been concerned. A different location would help to improve business. The staff members were efficient and friendly. The car was a good value, but smelled like smoke.

There is very little to compliment. The staff tried to do their best but the policies are unfavorable. There was a long - VERY long - wait for both checking out and returning. The line gets long because the ease of checkout is lame. There are excessive policies that must be explained and excessive signatures to agree to them. Irritating indeed it is to rent a Full-size care and get a mid-size. And have an agreement of unlimited miles and be told it will cost 49 cents a mile for every mile over 150 for a day. I fault Hotwire for connecting me with a rental agency that does not agree with their claims. I will never consider renting from Easirent again. I will gladly pay a lot more for an agency that is convenient.

Terrible. I ended up having to book through another rental car company. The shuttle never came and I called multiple times, waited well over an hour on the curb. They kept saying it will be there soon. There is no signage in the airport, it seemed like a scam. There were quite a few employees at the airport that said this is normal operating for Easirent.

they charged me a $36 bogus charge. they gave me a car at 1/4 tank and I returned it at 1/4 tank. i even took a photo at pick up and they argued it was full.
