I had reserved the car for a 9a pickup. I arrived at 9:09a. I rang the "ring for service" bell several times. No one responded. Someone from the collision repair shop that is in the same building went to look for Julie, the Hertz associate. She couldn't find her. Then they page her. She still didn't show. They tried to call her cell and didn't get a response. Finally, at 9:25, she came out of a backroom. She was surprised that I was there. When the paperwork was completed, she told me I was in a white Honda, when it was actually a silver Nissan, so she had to walk me out to the car to get the right one. Because of these delays, I was 30 minutes late getting to the airport, and I had to rush to make my flight.

I filled out all of the information online and was given an estimate price and when I got to the counter they had none of that information and the car ended up costing more than I was expecting.

Very easy to pickup and dropoff

Two items that I forgot to mention to the desk when I dropped off the car: The low-beam headlights need adjusting, they were pointed down on the road and it was very difficult to see street signs and markers on the roads. It was an especially dark night, and i couldn't use the high beams very often between oncoming traffic. There is a rear tire that has a flat spot, probably needs rebalance or replacement. It was singing the do-wop,do-wop better than most 50s bands.

They recommended another car rental place across the street.

I reserved the car online to pick up at 8 am the following morning, and return at 4 pm. When I arrived at the office at a little after 8 am, I was told that the associate had received a text that a car would not be available, until 3 pm. Since this would not work for me at all, I declined a car.

The pickup was great but the drop off at the Toledo Ohio airport was not very good. I had a 3:00 pm drop off and they closed at 11:30 am. I wasn’t sure what to do so I parked the car in the drop off lot and put the keys in the drop box at the budget counter. I wish someone would have been there to check the car in so I would have known if there will be any extra charges. Neil Hacker

I prepaid and tried to change my reservation and was told by Budget that I could not. They overcharged me a lot for days I didn't use. Awful experience AND AN EXPENSIVE RIP OFF.

The rental desk is just a few steps from the disembarking gate and luggage pick-up. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The vehicle was in brand new condition, and the return was lighting fast.

see said they only hold reservations for two hours. ? i dont see any 2 hour notes in my reservation, i was driving in from NY, road construction on the riad tooo Pelston, "she would see what she could di"". She did have a car, she did not explain anything on the forms

The office where i rented had been closed for months and i was still able to make the reservation. The day i was to get the car i calked to confirm and only got a recording. When i got to the address And they we’re not in business, I called enterprise and I called priceline. Enterprise told me they did not even have me in their system at all I talk to an enterprise office in the next town away and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to go online and make another reservation or I needed to call another enterprise office that was about an hour away from my location and I did not have a vehicle. It was a stressful day.

When we picked up the first rental car, I was shocked by the $250 deposit. I didn't see it listed on Kayak, so I figured they weren't charging one because I was over 25. Well that rule isn't real! Haha! Luckily, the very friendly (and somehow always attractive) staff at enterprise helped work with me to make the deposit more manageable. After a few days, and a few hundred miles, the car started to chug at stops and would even stall if the RPMs got too low. We were able to swap it out very quickly for an even more comfortable car that got even better gas mileage with a little help from some more very friendly (and still attractive) enterprise staff. All around the staff was very helpful and courteous.

The first car, the Chevy sonic, had, hopefully, the most uncomfortable seats in existence. I was so happy to be able to swap it out.
