The staff at the Visalia Enterprise was professional and quick, the car worked well, and when we called to let them know we'd be a little late in returning the car they assured us it would be no problem. Will definitely rent from this place again.

Newest truck with only 11k miles Beautiful inside and outside

Something was wrong with the suspension and I almost crash in the freeway! You can go over 55 mph with that vehicle it started just bumping from the back like not having struts at all.

I was supposed to get a Nissan Rogue or comp but got a Buick Encore to drive. It was much smaller than a Nissan Rogue and not as comfortable either. Window on driver side squeaked every time the window was rolled down.

Staff was great at pickup. We had a problem locking a broken door, stopped at Hertz in Turlock and they were great.

One back door and the side sliding door were broken. The back door had to be opened with a wrench. The sliding door could not be opened from inside.

The people in Visalia were very easy to deal with. Unlike PDX were thier personnel were no were to be found. It seemed that drop off was based on having the smart phone. Which I don.t use. But after looking around I found a Hertz parking attendent, and he took my name and the keys. I perfer human interaction.

I would definitely never use Budget again and especially this location. The workers seemed like they legitimately hated their jobs and I was an inconvenience for being there. They failed to mentioned the extra charges that would be hitting my account, and when I got to my destination I looked at my account and saw nearly $300 more than what I anticipated. Making me go back to the location because there is no chance that the workers would answer the phone. The only thing that give this company any light is that the car that I had was actually clean and decent. It did have an odd smell to it though. Overall experience, 2 stars.

Able to do a one-way without a huge drop-off fee. Extremely easy to book on-line, even at last-minute.

Prius hybrid a bit different for first-time driver. Only negative was turning in car at John Wayne airport. Person there was not happy to receive car "that wasn't theirs".
